Board certified in orthopedic surgery and fellowship-trained in adult reconstruction, Dr. Brooks specializes in direct anterior total hip replacement, advanced total knee replacement, orthopedic surgery, outpatient total joint replacement and sports medicine. He has been practicing for more than 23 years and has performed thousands of orthopedic surgical procedures. Dr. Brooks received his medical degree from University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, NY and his undergraduate degree from Brown University in Providence, RI. He completed a fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte, NC. He is a member of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, Cobb County Medical Society and that National Medical Association. Dr. Brooks is committed to utilizing state of the art techniques to deliver excellent orthopedic care to his patients.
