Dr. LARA ANDERSON is a research scientist who helps develop new treatments for chronic pain conditions through manual therapy techniques. Her postdoctoral research focused on hip function and shape, and she holds a degree in Doctor of Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. She was also the scientific reviewer for the Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapy Grant Program and has received numerous awards and fellowships, including the Social Responsibility Poster Award by the American Physical Therapy Association Global Health.
