Prior to attending medical school at Tufts University in Boston, Dr. Mihalich was trained as a physical therapist at the University of Vermont. He practiced as a therapist in Northern Virginia for three years. This experience has given him a unique perspective on the total care of the patient. From clinic to surgery to rehabilitation, Dr. Mihalich has the training and experience to help the patient obtain an optimal result. Dr. Mihalich completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center and then completed a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery with Dr. James Brodsky at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.
